1. Plan Your Pop-Up
   Get in touch with our team to share the details of your event. We’ll then work with you to explore your brand aesthetic, from brand/event colours to motifs, logos, and font styles. We will then craft a tailored embroidery experience for your event and guests.

2. Setup & Execution
   Our team will arrive on-site with all the equipment needed to set up your custom embroidery station and start stitching. Please note that we will require power throughout, and if outdoors, suitable shelter should the weather not be in our favour!

3. Enjoy the Results
   Watch your brand come to life as your guests personalise their items and engage with your company in a new way. We’ll ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish, so you can enjoy the event.

• £80 per hour for bookings of 6 hours or more.

• £100 per hour for bookings of 4 hours but less than 6.

• £150 per hour for bookings under 4 hours.

• Minimum Booking: The minimum booking is 2 hours. Bookings can only be made in whole hour blocks.

• Additional Fees: Additional fees may apply for bookings spread across consecutive days. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the event.

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure the event date. The deposit is non-refundable.

• Final Payment: Final payment is due 7 calendar days before the event.

PLEASE NOTE THAT QUOTED PRICES ARE FOR EVENTS HELD DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. EVENTS OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A SURCHARGE.
